e-Learning Course on Occupational Health & Safety on board (Section 16)

Seafarers who have been elected as safety representatives or appointed as supervisors must complete the Section 16 occupational safety and health course. If the seafarer has not taken the course, the shipping company must make it available within 3 months.

The price of the course is USD 535 (excluding VAT) per participant for SHW members. The regular price is USD 665 (excluding VAT).

Once the invoice has been paid, our partner One Ocean will send you a link to the course. One Ocean will also issue the certificate upon completion of the course.

Seafarers must take the Section 16 course on board the ship, and the course can be completed regardless of whether the ship is offline or online.

The Course is available in English and Danish.

The certificate is included in the price.
